Reggio Emilia, 26 November 2021 - Iren announces that today, the Board of Directors, after receiving the favourable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors and after verifying the requirements provided for by the Company bylaws, resolved to appoint, as from today, Ms. Anna Tanganelli as the Manager in charge of drawing up the corporate accounting documents for pursuant to art. 154 bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998.
