The update concerns the adjustment of the Service Agreement between Azienda Multiservizi Igiene Ambientale Torino S.p.A. and the Municipality of Turin with respect to the provisions of the resolution of the Regulatory Authority for Energy Networks and Environment - ARERA of 3 August 2023 no. 85/2023/r/rif (containing the ‘model outline of the service contract for the regulation of relations between entrusting bodies and managers of the urban waste service, in which sets out the mandatory minimum essential contents').
