The Company will apply the new Code as of 1 January 2021, reporting to the market in Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure Report pursuant to the Article 123-bis of the Consolidated Law on Finance, which will be published in 2022.
The Board of Directors also approved a document highlighting the governance solutions adopted by the Company with reference to the provisions of the Code, a document that will be published on the IREN Group's website by the end of this month.
