Iren S.p.A. announces that, on 4 February 2025, the text of the Procedure for Related Party Transactions adopted by the Company was refined, with certain non-substantial clarifications (the update of which, it should be noted, was approved by the Board of Directors on 18 December 2024 - following the unanimous favorable opinion of the Committee for Related Party Transactions - with effect from 1 January 2025, as indicated in the press release issued on the same date of 18 December 2024).
